Join an Environmental Educator at the Bog parking lot and take a 2 ½ hour guided journey into the unique Tannersville Cranberry Bog. Along the way, environmental educators will explain the Bog’s formation, its interesting plant & animal life, and the role the local Preserve Committee and the Nature Conservancy play in its continued protection.

Experience the sights and sounds of the Emerald Isles and Scottish Highlands in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. Experience a weekend of non-stop Celtic music on two stages, featuring House of Hamill, Celtic Rebels, Rogue Diplomats and Seamus Kennedy and the MacKay Pipe Band. There will also be working sheep dogs, Irish step dancers and a variety of Celtic craft and food vendors.
Don’t forget about the kids! There will be a Celtic Wizard magic show, pony rides, and a Celtic Farm animal petting zoo.

GOOSE POND DRY DAM HIKE 10:00AM TO 12:00PM
Brodhead Watershed Association will host a hike showing participants how the dry dam helps prevent flooding downstream. Adam Schellhammer, district manager of Monroe County Conservation District, which maintains the dam, will lead the hike and explain why the area’s dry dams are so important.
