CENTURY 21 Annual Awards - The Sands Casino & Hotel, Bethlehem, PA

Bethlehem,  PA   March 19, 2013 -- CENTURY 21 of Pennsylvania hosted an Annual Awards luncheon at the Sands Casino and Hotel to recognize those agents across Pennsylvania for quality service and outstanding production.  CENTURY 21 Select Group was thrilled to have many of the agents in the area in attendance to receive awards. 

"The Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award is an integral part of the CENTURY 21 System’s commitment to excellence and recognizes Donna Olson, Daniel Seip, Larry Ditty, Jamie Lukeski and Dale Strzelec for their dedication to making each and every client interaction a positive one," said Maggie Flartey-Kaminski, president and CEO of Century 21 Select Group.  The annual award is based on results from the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Survey (QSS) which is e-mailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home through a CENTURY 21 System office. To earn the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, an agent must receive an average survey score of at least 95 percent or better for 2 consecutive years.

CENTURY 21 Quality Service Producer award for those agents that receive a minimum satisfaction index of 85 percent over a one year period included Dorothy Gallagher, Andie Gerhard, Betty Grlica, Barbara Petroski and Jane Young, Keith Delaney, Louise Gresh, Linnea Holdren, Joseph Sledzinski and Buddy Vail.  The Quality Service Team Award went to The Neal Van Hine Team. 

Century 21 presented production awards to top producers with the company. The Bronze Award went to David Rottkamp, Rose Sawyer,and Candice Wallingford.  The Silver Level Production award was presented to Dorothy Gallagher, Arlene Van Hine, Neal Van Hine, Jane Young, Chris Badolato, Linnea Holdren and Joseph Sledzinski.  The Gold Level award went to Mark Bond, Betty Grlica and Dale Stzrelec. The Masters Ruby Award went to Brian McCardle, Daniel Seip and Donna Olson. The Masters Diamond Award went to Keith Delaney.  The top award, Centurion Producer Award went to Buddy Vail.  

The Blakeslee, Hawley, Halzeotn and Lake Harmony office recieved the Quality Service Office Award.  The Quality Service Pinnacle Award, with a 95% score for two consecutive years went to the Hamlin office.  Those offices that earned the 21% Club Award, indicating a 21% increase in commission and/or sold units over the prior year included Select Group’s Blakeslee, Lake Harmony, Hawley, Hamlin and Pocono Pines offices.
